you have to spend 2 days to get blue card. it costs you about 120 au dollars(you can join the class in perth city). this job is not for everyone. usually, you have to sign a contract with mining company and promise working for them at least 6 months. the wage is about au 2000 a week(maybe less,cause you are new worker and have no experience).
it's a very tough job. if you just want money, you can go to Kargoolie-Boulder. Ask YHA backpacker manager, she can help you.
